Hi, I am after a docking station which would allow my XPS13 7390 2in1 to power a dual monitor setup where each monitor is running 2K (2560x1440 or also known as QHD) at 144hz refresh rate. One of the candidates is the Dell Universal Dock - D6000. However, the sales team cannot confirm and the manual doesn't clarify if the docking station is

Thinking about a 4k monitor and whether my 3070-based setup can run one. I have a pretty beefy PC and was lucky enough to snag a PS5 earlier this year. My old monitor has died so I'm considering stepping up to a decent 4k display. I have a RTX 3070, i7-8700k CPU and the normal-at-this-point 16gb of RAM. Obviously the PS5 is designed for 4K, but

4K monitors have four times the number of pixels of the standard 1080p monitor for extremely high-definition images and realistic graphics in all your favourite games, films, and television shows. With the larger screen resolution, 4K monitors allow you to see details you’ve never seen before and make your games more realistic and immersive. Just summing things up about my post, so people looking for an answer to my post can get the information easily. 1080P or 1440P on a 4K 144Hz monitor should not be an issue. There is always an option to turn down the in-game resolution to 2K and still, the gameplay looks absolutely fine on the 4K monitor.

Hi @decker12 according to the WD19TB spec sheet the system will support dual 4K monitors @60Hz on the conditions that the laptop is connected via Thunderbolt, not USB-C. The USB-C systems won't support that config. The caveat to using thunderbolt is that in order to run dual 4k 60Hz one of the monitors has to be connected to the dock via USB-C.
