Ah, your hired drivers level up and get skill points, too? Cool. Thanks for all the feedback. Yeah! Wait till they get to 10.0 and the millions grow even while you roam. the Highest one of my drivers has pulled in (profit) so far in one trip is 17,000, and she did that at rating 6.7. and it wasn't even the extremes like Bratislava to Swansea.
A note about hired drivers and ferries: There is a flaw in the way that Euro Truck Simulator 2 calculates the profits earned by drivers that you hire. Things are fine when your hired drivers take inland routes, but profits become too high when a hired driver uses a ferry.*
It takes time for drivers to start earning decent money. They need to gain experience. Get at least three drivers all in the same garage. Give them decent trucks. After you employ a driver, he/she won't start earning until you complete a job. I had 40 drivers, with trailers, they made me over £40 million pounds. You can check how your driver has been doing by going to Driver Manager, click on the driver, then 'Show log' (button on the left). If you want to manage your driver a bit, change their training policy so they have 2-3 points in Long Range, 1 pt in High Value, 1 pt in Fragile, then get the ADR classes. Flexibility = more difficult cargo = profit. hey it's good to buy tunned truck to your hired drivers? it's like better truck + better trailer = bigger profit? thanks have a good day :) เข้าสู่ระบบ ร้านค้า . 389 276 19 12 115 494 325 306
